Biography:

Ø  Dan Claudepierre is the owner and president of Customer Advantage LLC, a manufacturers rep firm. He represents numerous companies with operations in North America, Europe and Asia.

Ø  In 2003 he retired from Delphi Corporation where he held various positions in Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering.

Ø  As administrator of Delco Moraine's divisional quality training from 1983 to 1986, Mr. Claudepierre developed and led all aspects of a quality improvement training program.  He personally trained over 3000 people, at all levels of the organization, in the managerial and technical aspects of quality.  These training programs have been delivered within GM, Delphi Automotive and numerous other companies covering three continents

Ø  Mr. Claudepierre has spoken to various groups in business and education.  He was a speaker at two of Juran Institute's annual conferences on quality improvement - Impro '84 and Impro '85.  He has also spoken to the Dayton Section of ASQ, the Dayton Presidents' Roundtable, the Dayton Entrepreneurs' Business Roundtable, the Engineering Society of Detroit and the Foundrymen Society.  He has lectured to Sociology and Business School professors at Miami University and his Quality Improvement course has been taught for college credit at Germanna College in Virginia

Ø  Mr. Claudepierre holds a BSME degree from the University of Cincinnati and is an ASQ Certified Quality Manager.
