Genomic Health, Inc. Genomic Health, Inc., a life science company founded in August of 2000 and located in Redwood City, California, conducts sophisticated genomic research to develop clinically validated molecular diagnostics, which provide individualized information on the likelihood of disease recurrence and response to certain types of therapy. These diagnostic technologies generate information that healthcare providers and patients can use in making treatment decisions. SQA Engineer Lead Overview As a senior member of the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team in the Software Engineering group, the SQA Lead will play a key role in the quality and timely delivery of business-critical software systems. The SQA Lead will work with Project Management and User Groups to understand business requirements, represent SQA on cross-functional teams, plan, staff and manage all SQA activities for multiple releases in accordance with regulations, quality standards and design controls, supervise SQA Engineers and actively participate in testing. This includes both internal software developed at Genomic Health and external 3rd-party applications/systems. The SQA Lead is expected to have several years of software testing experience (manual and automated), proven project lead experience, the ability to write/maintain Engineering/Control documentation in a regulated environment and experience supervising SQA Engineers.
