Sr.Systems Engineer/Build Release-Bay Area
Our team is currently looking for a Senior or Principal level Systems Engineer to develop and test for enterprise class products. The key responsibility of the internal tools developer will be to make this process easier by developing and maintaining tools to support the Developers, QA Testers, and Release Engineers in their jobs.

The duties of this job are very diverse, and include:
* Setting up and maintaining web servers and creating web sites
*
* Designing, creating, and maintaining Java and C++ applications
*
* Creating and maintaining os and perl scripts
*
* Evaluating, learning, setting up, and demoing new technologies which include: Java, RMI, Swing, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, Tomcat, Eclipse, JNI, C++, Perl, Maven, and CruiseControl.
A successful candidate should have a strong grasp of most of these, however the most important ability that a candidate should possess is the ability to quickly grasp and leverage new technologies. A successful candidate will also have a solid grasp of object oriented design and design patterns and should be able to create extensible and easily maintainable software. Candidate should have proven product development experience using Java (RMI, Swing, Servlets), JSP, HTML, C++, perl, and os scripting languages.

Intermediate or Senior SQA Engineer-Bay Area
Responsibilities
As a Senior SQA Engineer within the client SQA team, you will design, develop and execute automated and manual system tests of client-side download accelerators, integrated broadly throughout the entire product suite. The Client will be deployed on millions of desktops around the world to provide faster, less expensive and more powerful downloading experiences – and you’ll have a key role in contributing to the success of our server-based and peer-to-peer content delivery by helping to ensure the functionality, scalability, performance, reliability, robustness and security of the the client and supporting infrastructure. You will work with developers and within SQA to create comprehensive System test plans and complex test suites, and you will use your extensive knowledge of SQA methodologies to help continuously architect, implement and improve test strategies, test tools and overall system-level test coverage of the the client component.

Qualifications
Strong client-side testing within a client/server or other large-scale distributed architecture.
·   BCSC required (MSCS a strong plus) with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Developer or QA/Test Engineer
·   Strong Unix/Linux experience required
·   Minimum 3-6 years experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development with a strong emphasis on quality, including at least 2 years in a senior role
·   Multiplatform (Windows/Mac/Linux) experience, including experience testing in a client-server or peer-to-peer environment with varied/complex configuration matrices (including client-side routers/switches, hardware/software firewalls, antivirus/security software enabled, etc.)
·   Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, QEMU, etc.) a strong plus
·   Minimum 4 years of programming/scripting experience required (Perl preferred, C/C++ and/or Java/HTML a strong plus)
·   Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing and developing complex automated test scripts (Perl preferred)
·   Strong working knowledge networking protocols and web/internet fundamentals including NATs, proxies, VPNs, UPnP, firewalls, etc.
·   Proven experience developing and/or testing complex, large-scale distributed systems
·   Test and/or Production experience in large-scale distributed content delivery (Client/Server, n-tier, peer-to-peer) including load-testing and performance monitoring/profiling at all levels
·   Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding analytical/problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
