Speaker's Bio: Ms. Ingrid Gudenas M.Ed., has been in the business of improving company metrics since 1983. She is the President of Effective Training Solutions®, an international training organization headquartered in Silicon Valley. Her clients span 25 countries and include Dell Computers, IBM, Intel, Cisco Systems, Unisys, Hewlett Packard, Chevron, Wells Fargo, California Highway Patrol, Nintendo, General Electric and Pebble Beach.

Ingrid spoke last year at ASQ and her talk was very well received.  This talk builds on that one and takes it further.
