To register for a certification exam

Click on this link and you will be taken to the Certification section of the ASQ website: “Certification.”  There you can learn when the exams are held, the body of knowledge, and even register for an exam. After you register, the ASQ will contact you for the time and place of the exam. Rest assured that for over 15 years, the Silicon Valley Section of ASQ has held its exams locally, always in Santa Clara.

Avoid the Common Pitfalls of Fellow Nomination (ASQ News 2/11/2010)


If you plan to submit a Fellow nomination for 2013, the submission due date is May 6, the first Monday in May.  Last year, the Society Examining Committee wrote a number of short articles explaining common pitfalls that cause non-acceptance of nominations. These articles, as well as the recently updated policies/procedures, matrix, and fellow nomination form can be found on the ASQ website.
Complete the Fellow nomination form… you will need to log in with your membership number.  The fellow nomination form is a MSWord document on the ASQ website.
